Job Title Lead Analyst SAP Commerce

Duties

• In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, code development/configuration, testing implementation and support for the SAP Commerce Cloud Platform with a focus on back-end development in coordination with S4HANA, SAP ECC, and SCPI teams.
• As part of the commercial digital team, you will work with digital marketing, sales, IT, customer support and other functions to understand their requirements and pain points and build features to address them.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Analysts and QA to ensure quality, security, and maintenance of applications, and to ensure code meets development standards and guidelines.
• Develop, document, and advocate for software architecture practices.
• You will be responsible for building and integrating back-end capabilities but may be asked to participate in design and build of front-end applications.
• Create architecture design artifacts (Software Requirements Specifications, Use Cases, Software Design).
• Create and support API’s for the exchange and enrichment of data.
• Create project documentation.
• Monitor and resolve production issues and requests that are submitted by users through ticketing and service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as an SAP Commerce Cloud developer with at least 2 end to end B2B/B2C implementations in a hands-on technical capacity.
• Experienced in data modelling, ImpEx, flexible search query, hot folders, solr search, email management, workflows, adaptive search, cart, checkout, order orchestration, promotions and SCPI- SAP Commerce Cloud integration.
• Experienced in using smart edit, Backoffice, administration console, cloud portal etc.
• Experience working with RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce Concepts.
• Knowledge of development life cycle best practices including version control, QA, build/release management, CI and regression testing.
• Pro-active self-starter with a desire to make an impact.
• Ability to work in teams or individually.
• Courage to challenge the status quo and take smart risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical related field or relevant experience
