Responsible for leading Hershey´s CPFR process & team to achive Supply Chain KPI’s goals, internal and external, for top Retail Customers.

Have a successful and improve collaboration model with top Retail customers, under continuos improvement principle.

Led the team to ensuring standards in customer communications are maintained scorecards, to achieve Supply Chain KPI’s and Joint Supply Plans that are fit for purpose

In collaboration with the Sales and Trade Mkt teams, ensure regular face-to-face business reviews with key customer contacts to obtain performance feedback, customer service requirements and communicate next steps to improve collaboration

Drive the customer supplier rating processes to obtain clear feedback from each customer site and define action plan for continuous improvement

Serve as a central point of contact to communicate retail compliance initiatives to and from retail customers

Lead Account Level Customer Forecast validation role on promotion forecasts for the trade customers

Ensure team responsibilities in the areas of forecasting, allocation, execution, order book management, Customer Program management, On Time In Full requirements

Maintain communication with International Supply Chain teams to share best practices and solve opps

• Work effectively with alliances and partnerships in the extended supply chain with customers
• Knowledge of Retail Partner Systems (i.e. Retail Link/Toolbox/Portal de Proveedores)
• Strong knowledge of CPFR process with Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
• Proficiency to identify, evaluate and implement opportunities (increase revenue, service levels/turns, enhance logistic efficiencies) and recommend solutions internally
• Thorough understanding of key internal and external order fulfillment processes
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain management concepts and order processing systems
• Demonstrated ability to initiate process change and experience to positively impact supply chain value drivers.
• Strong understanding of customer go to market and sales strategies
• APICS or other supply chain certification preferred: CPF, CPIM or CSCM
• Data base expertise: Excel, Access, Power BI
• Fluent English.

Education: Bachelor of Statistics/Marketing/Mathematics/ Industrial Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 5+ year progressive experience and have demonstrated proficiency in Statistics applied, Demand Planning, CPFR process &JBP colaborations, understanding financial and operational impacts.

Knowledge & Understanding CPFR model in detail.
