A partial list of duties includes:

• provide friendly, respectful, prompt and courteous service
• direct patient contact,
• telephone answering,
• assists patients in choosing and ordering eyeglasses
• responsible for scheduling appointments,
• coordination of payment arrangements,
• greeting new customers,
• public relations,
• office administration,
• insurance billing and benefit explanation,
• computer data entry,
• diagnostic & medical testing,
• glasses adjusting, dispensing, and repairs,
• contact lens application and instruction,

Skills:

• High school diploma or GED

• Customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
