Heston MRO are an Australian based company have a broad variety of clients across Australasia and we cater to those, in assisting in their line maintenance requirements. 

Whilst this role focuses on Station Line Maintenance work in Sydney, our wider business also deals in aircraft parking and storage, asset management and non line maintenance repairs to name a few other business areas. 

Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer- FAA Licence

We are seeking B1 FAA Licenced LAME’s to work on B777 Aircraft within our Sydney Station on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract. 

Our Station is incredibly busy and our clients are hiking up their flight schedule operations during the festive period, which means that we require further man power during this time. 

The role will be to commence asap and will be on a full time, rotating roster across 7 days a week. 

The aircraft type you will work on is a B777 and so this is an absolute necessity as it the FAA licence type due to our client requirements. 

Our Sydney Station has a fantastic culture and our team really enjoy working there, with a Station Manager who is a great leader.

We would fly you out from your home country, arrange and pay for accommodation for the duration of the 4 month Contract and fly back at the end of the 4 month period.

What will you require to be successfully considered for our role?

To be successfully considered for these opportunities you will have:- 

• B1 and/or B2 FAA (USA) Licence (Please note we are not accepting applications from those with only a B2 Licence for this role, you must have a B1 Licence)
• Coverage of B777 type aircraft, with recency (must have worked at least 6 months in the past 24 months on this aircraft type) 
• Safety and quality are at the top of your agenda
• You will be ASIC and ADA eligible 
• Hold a driving licence 
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to start within 6 weeks of the end of October 2022
