HGR Industrial Surplus is a value based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. We are currently seeking an Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Call Center Department in Ft. Worth, TX. As a valued member of our call center, this position acts as a support to our purchasing team and is responsible for contacting vendors and manufacturers to schedule Buyer inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills with a heavy emphasis on customer focus.

Qualified Candidates Will:

• Maintain a strong work ethic

• Have the ability to complete 150+ daily outbound calls by using an assigned list
• Be comfortable with using customer focused scripts and guidelines for communicating with vendors
• Possess accurate information entry skills into a database
• Have 1-2 years of prior call center experience (preferred)
