High Performance Computer Services is hiring full-time, tier 1-3 remote support technicians! We’re a brick-and-mortar company that’s been in business in northeastern Kentucky for 18 years, and we’re continually growing and expanding.

Remote Support Technician Job Description:

Computer maintenance and repair for hardware and software issues including desktop support, password resets, VoIP phone system maintenance, network maintenance, email support, printing support, monitoring systems for needed maintenance, customer on-boarding and off-boarding, and any additional technology needs that arise for small to medium-sized businesses.

Applicant should be self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be able to complete tasks efficiently and correctly, with proper procedures followed, tickets updated on an ongoing basis, and all time on the clock spent productively working.

Additional Requirements:

Continually work to improve knowledge and skills through trainings that are provided by High Performance Computer Services.

Maintain a professional workspace, with office area consistently clean and organized.

Provide exceptional customer service and represent High Performance Computer Services in a positive manner.
