This is a fast paced and dynamic role with great exposure to all aspects of Human Resources and the business. It is ideal for someone who has an interest in pursuing a career in HR or someone experienced looking for a part time role.
Type of contract: Temporary Part Time (20 hours per week). Immediate start.
Location: Highfield Healthcare, Swords Rd, Whitehall, Dublin, D09 H343. Short distance from city centre with free parking and bus stop (multiple routes) at the front door.
Duties will include:
- Recruitment, screening candidates and conducting interviews liaising with hiring managers.
- Staff Onboarding
- HR Compliance
- HR Administration, updating databases and filing systems.
The successful candidate will have:
- Admin experience, preferably in HR
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy workload
- Strong initiative with the ability to problem solve and seek optimum solutions
- Interpersonal and communication skills
