You will lead Admissions to the Junior School, working closely with families of 7+ applicants, guiding them through the process. We are excited to be welcoming our first Junior School Bursary recipients in 2022 and you will have responsibility for overseeing the Junior School’s bursary programme. You will have excellent administrative, communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience of the school for all prospective families, whether applications are successful or not. Calm and organised, you will be a people-person with a flexible, pro-active and can-do approach. You will be comfortable managing some financial information and liaising with an external service provider. You will have a keen eye for detail.
You will be working closely with the Head of Admissions, the Principal and Deputy Principal (Pastoral) of the Junior School, the Bursar, the 7+ Academic Admissions Officer (a post held by a teacher at the Junior School), the Marketing Manager, the Director of Development and your colleagues in the Admissions Team.
