Purchasing Manager – Hilton

We’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations at our 5-star hotel. In this role, you’ll ensure top-quality goods and materials are purchased at the best price, drive efficiency in stock management, and support our green initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and reduce waste

• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations

• Oversee stock control, distribution, and rotation

• Train and develop the Purchasing Team

• Ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and hazard-free

• Manage recycling and waste disposal operations

• Conduct performance reviews and support contract management

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel

• Proven leadership experience in a diverse team environment

• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills

• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
