The Role

Sudima Queenstown is a new 4.5-star hotel in the bustling Frankton area conveniently located in the Five Mile retail precinct with views of the surrounding landscapes, high quality fit-out, well-appointed rooms, restaurant, bar and conference facilities.

We are currently seeking a Hotel Service Attendant (minimum 30 hours per week) to provide support in all departments.

About You | Ko Koe Tēnei

Responsibilities include:

• General Cleaning duties to ensure the hotel is kept in good order
• Public Area Cleaning
• Kitchen Hand duties
• Back of house cleaning
• Supporting other departments of the hotel as required
• Customer Service
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements

• Experience in a busy hotel environment
• Hands-on experience with cleaning tasks
• Planning and organising skills
• Ability to multi-task, show flexibility and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management abilities
• Applicants must be available to work weekends, late nights and public holidays as required.
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
