The Role
Sudima Queenstown Five Mile is a new 4.5-star hotel in the bustling Frankton area conveniently located in the Five Mile retail precinct with views of the surrounding landscapes, high quality fit-out, well-appointed rooms, restaurant, bar and conference facilities.
We are looking for a Front Office Superstar to join our team. Whilst working predominantly in Night Audit this role will also need to be flexible and assist during the daytime as a Guest Service Agent to meet business demands.
Requirements

From checking guests in/out, through to dealing with guest complaints, this varied position will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. You will be confident in your decision making and have a strong focus on safety and security.
You will be able to problem solve to ensure accuracy in accounting and be able to work unsupervised. You must be strong in using computer systems, reporting and spreadsheeting.
You will love to deliver exceptional 4.5 star service to our guests and anticipating guest needs and ensuring you make the most of their day will be what drives you in your work.
