HTI has an opening for a Billing/Order Entry Clerk. The responsibilities require an individual that is organized, detail oriented, and able to accurately & efficiently perform their tasks. This position offers the opportunity to grow within company as the company expands and implements a new ERP system. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Order Entry
• Order Maintenance & Deletions
• Billing tasks
• Auditing daily invoicing
• Printing of Returned Goods Authorizations
• Assist in vendor return & warranty process
• Other tasks/projects as needed

Qualifications & Education:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• 2 to 3 years experience with Customer Billing or related tasks in an office environment (preferred)
• Works well with others
• Detail oriented
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
