Description
This role is a part-time (35 hours/ week) contract role supporting the legal department for a non-profit organization helping transform the lives of domestic violence survivors and homeless families. This role will continue until a permanent hire for the position has been made, which could take anywhere from 1-3 months.

Requirements

• Maintain the company’s records and/or minute books in compliance with corporate law recordkeeping requirements.
• Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• Assist with contract closing requirements, summarizing, collating, and compiling documents as necessary for closings.

Preferences

• Managing or assisting with substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
• Manage corporate formalities and perform corporate secretarial duties including the drafting of prospectuses, quarterly and annual reports, and registration statements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
