Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls Assisting Customers with Residential Internet Repair
• Troubleshooting
• Resolving Customer Technical Cable and Video Service Issues, Including Repair, Billing, and Accounts

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Troubleshooting Experience
• Tech Savvy
• Problem Solver/Customer Service Mind-Set
• Ability to Multi-task

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: 40 Hours/Week – at least 1 weekend day required

Open Availability: Monday-Sunday; 8 hour shifts
