About The Position

The Recruiter Assistant should be a quick learner with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The candidate will be responsible for posting job positions on their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various social media platforms related to the field. Additionally, they will be tasked with developing administrative and marketing tasks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), newsletter data, payment methods, and constant communication with the clients and candidates, among others.

Responsibilities

• Set up job positions in our ATS and post vacancies on other platforms.
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc.
• Draft recruitment advertisements and post them on the most effective digital media for open positions.
• Maintain contact with candidates to keep them informed of the status of their applications.
• Revise candidate’s CVs
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date.
• Build and maintain a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
• Keep the company webpage updated using WordPress and Wix.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Communication, or having 1+ year of proven recruiting experience (Prior experience in technical roles is a plus!)
• 0-2 years of experience (they’re willing to train you!)
• Advanced level of English (C1/C2)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in dynamic environments.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and very attentive to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Previous experience with Slack and Asana is a plus.

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Previous work experience in sales, research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Previous experience with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit is a plus.
