We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £9.90 per hour – working from home (fully remote).

Work from home fully remote and telephone experience isn’t essential. Career progression available.

Customer Service Advisor role:

• Receiving Inbound calls from the general public
• Listening effectively to customers, showing empathy and understanding
• Resolve customer query within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently
• Record customer details accurately
• Provide a high-quality professional service
• Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
• Work to KPI’s set by team manager

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£9.90 per hour. This is a work from home role.
