Pay: $60,000 + incentives

Hours: Collections Specialists are scheduled a Monday – Friday shift / schedule for Week One (1) and during Week (2) they will be scheduled for a day off on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and scheduled to either work Saturday or Sunday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST and continues this rotation

Week One (1):

• Monday – Friday = 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
• Saturday – Sunday = OFF

Week Two (2):

• Monday – Friday = 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
• Saturday – Sunday = 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Type: Direct Hire

Job duties:

• Work with customers to help salsify their balances and establish payment programs and recommended action(s)
• Provide information to applicants, members, and merchants
• Review and monitor a high volume of customers per day
• Handle inbound and outbound communications approximately 150+ daily over the phone, via email, or via chat
• Respond to credit and chargeback disputes
• Work directly with management to improve
• Skip trace accounts that have been determined to not have viable contact information
• Maintain an extremely high level of professionalism and empathy
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:

• College degree
• Accounts receivable background
• Previous experience navigating Apple computers
• Point of sale lending
• Chargeback disputes
• Intermediate MS Excel
• Google for Business: Google sheets, Gmail
• Zoom
• Slack

Requirements:

• Minimum (1) year of collections experience, with career progression
• No average players – Will not treat you like a number, they want to learn about you and invest in YOU, will want to know about personal interests, community service, people dedicated to continuous professional improvement, interested in GPAs
• Must be comfortable learning to use Apple computers
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Reference checks required – You will be asked to prepare (3)
