Hours: 9:00 – 5:30 M-F 37.5 hours a week

Job duties:
1. Greets and directs visitors to the company.
2. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
3. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
4. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
5. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
6. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
7. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
8. Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 2 years of office exp.
• MUST be friendly, polished and service minded
• MUST have basic Outlook, Word, Excel skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• corporate administrative: 2 years (Required)
