The Public, Legal and Corporate Affairs Branch is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a permanent position. The position is classified as an RÉ-03 ($50, 375 to $63, 754 per annum).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Director, Public and Corporate affairs and the team. The incumbent provides general administrative services and operational support, including processing and organizing documentation, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, screening incoming mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining systems such as filing, correspondence, follow-up’s and reminders to support the functioning of the Public and Corporate Affairs team. The incumbent also provides support to the Coordinator, Translation and Editing services in the coordination of internal requests.
The Administrative Assistant develops and maintains internal tracking, reporting tools and control systems for items such as budgets, expenses, travel, leave applications, etc. The incumbent prepares various documentation from written or verbal instructions and may coordinate requests and logistics for training, conferences, hospitality and travel arrangements.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A post secondary diploma in Office Administration or an appropriate discipline related to the position OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in each of the following areas;
