Summary
Are you passionate about the power of heritage to help create thriving places, connect communities and inspire people to act in support of the places they care about? If you are then we have the ideal opportunity for you as our North West Team Leader.
This is a permanent role based in our Manchester office, with hybrid working options available.
What you will be doing:
You will lead a skilled team in helping communities look after historic places so that they realise their potential to improve people’s lives.
You will support your team in initiating and driving projects which engage people and secure the future of the places that they value, as well as allocating our repair and capacity building budgets and our specialist knowledge and advice. A key area of your work will be helping to deliver our exciting Heritage Action Zone programme, breathing new life into historic places across the region, from Wigan to Barrow and Chester to Burnley.
You will also be an active member of the local Leadership Team, shaping and supporting the region’s wider strategic goals. No day will be the same, but every day will be stimulating and rewarding.
