The Social Media Content Coordinator creates and publishes social media content across various digital and social media channels for ARIVA Homes social media campaigns. This team member supports the ARIVA Homes sales team in current and future residential developments and objectives by creating content that drives awareness, action and loyalty in all social media channels. This role reports into the corporate marketing team.

Responsibilities*
Work collaboratively with ARIVA Homes and marketing team to implement social media solutions for all social media strategies in Texas and Florida.
Consistently follow ARIVA Homes social media guidelines and subsequent campaigns to support a wide variety of marketing initiatives
Assist in the creation of social media and external communication campaigns. Share results and best practices with team on a bi-weekly basis.
Create and publish engaging, creative visual and written social content for designated social media platforms
Deliver a consistent social media content production strategy and brand strategy for the company channels that are uniquely adapted to each social platform and audience
Collaborate internally to craft content in a variety of executions, from still images to videos and live streams to GIFs/cinemographs
Monitor and research consumer conversations, competition, industry and creative trends and ideate breakthrough social activations, content inspiration and productions
Research and understand our external audience across all social media platforms and create content that fits what they’re interested in on social
Follow the established team standards for sharing quality content including, content review processes and communication systems
