Job summary
We are now looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Security Operations Centre (SOC) Technical Team Lead to join our Digital, Data and Technology team. You will be part of the IT Operations Practice, which is responsible for the performance and delivery of all technical infrastructure which underpins and supports the organisation. The IT Operations Practice consists of a number of technical teams, including, DevOps, Security, Networks, Cloud and SysProgs, which provide support, monitor and operate technical solutions.
Job Description
As a Senior Infrastructure SOC Technical Team Lead, you will take forward technical consolidation and/or improvement activities providing guidance and leadership to technicians within the IT Operations Practice and wider, whilst also working across DDaT to support and deliver solutions in line with the Technology and Business Strategies.
Person specification
To meet the requirements for this role, you will have experience as a SOC Technical Team Lead or experience in an IT field, and/or have an IT qualification in a related area (Degree level or equivalent).

HMLR believes that a blended (or hybrid) approach to where you work, with some time in the office and some time at home. This means you will have some input and choice about how and when you will work on site versus from home.
These roles are part of the Digital Data and Technology Profession and may attract an additional DDaT supplement. The amount is the result of a capability assessment which will be determined during the application and interview process to assess your capability level.
