Holcim Australia Looking for Regional Sales Manager at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

As a Sales Manager for our Ready Mix division, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business. The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrating strategic thinking, effective communication, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver on agreed sales targets and goals
• Support the Regional Manager in developing a sales plan for the second brand in line with strategic objectives.
• Constantly monitor performance against the plan and prepare relevant reports
• Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan for new business opportunities and existing customers
• Conduct regular meetings to follow up on new business opportunities and provide direction to resolve customer issues.
• Identify new business opportunities and projects, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database
• Managing the sales region for Rotorua to Hawkes bay
• A strong focus on finding new opportunities
• Able to support plant teams when required

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Sales tools and systems
