We are in search of a dynamic Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bedford-Halifax. The successful candidate is passionate, service driven, customer focused and determined to outperform the competitors. Our Director of Sales is a Sales Leader who will develop a strong sales culture throughout the hotel while also being a strong leader on our management team. If you have the passion for winning, for outstanding customer service and the drive to be number 1, then this is the role for you.
The primary role of Director of Sales is to solicit new or continuing business for the Hotel. You ensure the Hotel meets revenue goals in primarily Corporate Business Transient, corporate group, government transient and group segments, while also developing meeting room business. Co-ordination with the General Manager and other department heads is key to ensure the team is aware of sales efforts and top clients, so that new business and key businesses receive seamless service experience.
