With a fast growing, highly successful team, we’re now looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Global Director of Design and Director of Advancement, along with our Senior Leaders – enabling the Leadership teams to fulfil their strategic and operational objectives.
To be a successful in this role, you’ll need to be the type of person who is willing (and able) to jump in on whatever the Executive and Practice Leadership team needs – be it diary management, minute taking, preparing reports, presentations, and agendas, along with booking travel and accommodation. You may also provide administration support to project teams across New Zealand, and to Holmes Executive Assistants.
You’ll have at least two years’ prior experience in a similar administration role and have a high level of initiative whilst being results and outcome focussed. You may be an entry or intermediate level PA, with experience in diary management, meeting and agenda coordination and minute taking. You’ll be a whiz in Microsoft Office suite, thrive with new technology, always maintain the upmost of confidentiality and have planning and organisational skills others are envious of.
