NJ Mobile podiatry practice, www.homefootcareservices.com, (12 doctors) is looking to hire Part -time 30 hrs a week MEDICAL OFFICE experienced, people-friendly, Reliable Medical Scheduling Coordinator to work from home permanently.

Responsibilities include Appointment confirmations for multiple doctors, Answering the phones, working with EMR and Route scheduling software. All necessary training will be provided.

Working hours 8:30am -3 PM Mon,Tue,Wed, Friday , off Thursday , 2 hrs Sat and 2 hrs Sunday.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior medical office experience preferred in Podiatry Office.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Computer EMR skills /ability to multitask/details oriented
  • No Students.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
