We have an exciting opportunity in our Head Office location as our HR team is recruiting a full time HR Administrator. This is a fast paced and dynamic role with great exposure to all aspects of the business. It’s ideal for someone who has an interest in pursuing a career in HR in a professional environment.

Duties will include:

• First stage recruitment, screening candidates and conducting phone interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
• Maintaining HR Compliance & Rosters for all stores.
• Updating databases and filing systems.
• Scheduling training for all head office and store colleagues, liaising with external companies and hotels.
• Organising monthly manager meetings and other meetings as needed
• Managing all marketing, uniform, and labelling supplies for stores, ensuring consistency in stock
• Ordering of office supplies for head office and stores
• Provide office support by sorting post and liaising with couriers/contractors when required

The successful candidate will have:

• A third level degree in business or relevant discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy workload
• Strong initiative with the ability to problem solve and seek optimum solutions
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills
