Position Overview:
The Total Rewards Analyst will provide analytical and other support the Total Rewards function. The Analyst supports the Director, Total Rewards in the design, development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs including salary administration, job descriptions, and evaluations, salary/market pricing analysis, benefit plan audits and regulatory reporting, system set-up, and benefits program analysis/reporting.

Compensation

• Carry out compensation analysis in support of HomeServe’s base pay and incentive programs including cost modeling to determine the feasibility of new plan design elements.
• Ability to offer recommendations and solutions to various compensation issues.
• Administer annual merit increase and incentive program processes including creation of annual and ad-hoc compensation statements.
• Assists in evaluating and market pricing jobs in support of ongoing job architecture needs.
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to assist with competitive analysis.
• Maintain compensation-related tools, jobs database, and perform data audits and entries in UltiPro.
• Review positions to ensure FLSA compliance.
• Constantly strive to improve processes and definitions to provide consistent compensation best practices.

Benefits

• Analyze plan performance and provide relevant analytical reports as it relates to all benefit programs.
• Responsible for monitoring day-to-day delivery to ensure process alignment with plan guidelines, internal and external system requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Point person to research and recommend resolution on escalated participant issues. Works with both internal and external partners to assess potential broader implications in order to recommend process improvement.
• Facilitate the annual employee benefits open enrollment process including system and plan set-ups with the online enrollment system.
• Develops and delivers benefit program communication materials for employees and People Business Partners.
• Review and process accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Accountable for all regulatory compliance and filings for health & welfare and retirement plans (i.e. annual plan audits, 5500 coordination, compliance testing, and any additional regulatory reporting requirements).
• Other job duties as defined.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a benefits or compensation-related role.
• Experience with variable compensation (LTI/STI) and broad-based compensation.
• Experience with UltiPro is highly preferred.
• Understanding of the financial impact of total rewards programs (financial acumen).
• Knowledge of job families across typical organization structures.
• Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
