Whether it’s Softball NZ or Tennis Auckland, we support organisations to better align their programmes with the needs of current and future participants.

The Role: Client Relationships and Project Manager

This role is all about connection (hono) between our clients, our team, and the insights that drive clarity and confidence. You’ll be at the centre of our “engage, delight, attract” approach:

1. Engage – Understand client goals, source relevant insights, and map the path forward using strategic frameworks and available resources.
2. Delight – Deliver sharp, tailored recommendations that build trust and empower our clients to take confident action. Clearly answering the so what questions.
3. Attract – Reflect on what’s worked, apply creative thinking, and contribute to new business opportunities and client relationships.

Role summary:

Location: Our office is in Westgate, Auckland

Role level: Anticipate 1-4 years’ relevant experience

Salary range: NZ$70,000-90,000 pa (based upon experience)

Work type: Permanent – full time

Visa status: Must have a valid right to work in New Zealand
