Job Description/Essential Functions:

Purpose:
• To provide support in a residential setting to individuals experiencing mental health crisis who do not pose
an immediate risk to their own or the safety of others
* To develop and implement individual program plans, coordinate and arrange the provision of specialized services, and provide counseling.
* To provide crisis intervention support.
Supervision Received:
* Receives general and regular supervision from the Program Director
Supervision Exercised:
* Provides clinical supervision and guidance to Crisis Workers.

Job Qualifications:

Masters Degree with at least 3 years of relevant direct care experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years direct care experience in the field of Mental Health.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of residential services.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and analytical skills important.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
