Job Description
Maintains a professional appearance at all times
Greet and engage with guests on a daily basis, soliciting feedback through conversation
Anticipating guest needs to create a stress free environment
Coordinating all front of house catering staff during meal service hours keeping the dining room spotless
Performing QA audits in culinary, housekeeping, and janitorial departments
Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans
Administering and managing customer surveys, tracking key performance indicators
Ensuring consistency in food delivery service and standards between two remote camps
Create labels, signage, and marketing in line with company standards and site specifications using Canva
Training new front of house catering employees on the standards and expectations for successful service
Qualifications
College or University education in Hospitality Management considered an asset
High strength computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Food Safe, WHIMIS, and First Aid Trained
Minimum 3-years experience as a Restaurant Manager
Ability to work under pressure
Previous experience working in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs
Lift, bend, kneel or squat regularly
Work in close quarters in remote relocation and may experience exposure to severe weather conditions and different types of wildlife.
Additional Information
This position is in a remote camp. Travel is required. A rotational schedule of 18 days on 10 days off is required. Travel is paid to and from your home destination.
