Part-time Administrative Assistant
For over 40 years Horizon has sold and installed professional audio, lighting and video systems for clients. In order to meet the increased demands Horizon Solutions is seeking to expand our abilities to service these areas better as well as put in place the structure required to grow even further in the future.
Horizon Solutions is looking for an organized individual who can work as both part of a team as well as autonomously to provide support to our management and admin team.
A successful member of our admin team will work with Horizon ownership / management to keep on top of regularly occurring business tasks. The position requires the individual to have the skills to plan out tasks, organize information, develop plans and communicate effectively. This position includes supervision of health and safety measures at Horizon.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
