The company has been in business for over thirty years and continues to grow through innovation and investing in new product categories.Horizon is seeking an experienced Manager in Houston, Texas.Expectations and Benefits:Full time position – on-siteSalary position, DOEMedical insurance, paid holidays, sick days, and vacation timeThis individual will manage the daily Marketing operations at the company.Key Responsibilities: Develop marketing and promotional strategies for new products Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales Identify potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas with senior management Build brand awareness, including positioning Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end Creating and manage media campaigns Manage and coordinate with marketing and creative team Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies Analyzing market trends and prepare forecasts Generating new business leads Increasing brand awareness and market share Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaignsSkill Requirements:
