Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent/Scope out work areas to insure physically safe repair work progression
Demonstrate an advanced level of mechanical aptitude with knowledge & use of various pieces of equipment not limited to hand tools, power tools, industrial tools, and precision measuring instruments
Previous work experience in welding, meeting all safety and USDA standards
Clean safety record
Advance level of skill in metal fabrication, working without supervision, meeting all USDA standards
Must have a working knowledge of Computer Systems
Able to input & extract data as it relates to the emails & the Computer Maintenance Management
Able to look up work orders, materials & historical records relating to plant equipment
Able to research online, hard cover manuals & catalogs to correctly identify & procure need repair & fabrication components for equipment modification & repair solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot and repair of electronic control systems
Work experience performing repairs on electrical systems
Ability to complete a project from concept to completion without supervision
Associate degree in Maintenance related technology or 4 yrs of experience in Industrial Maintenance
Previous work experience in plumbing
Work experience performing repairs on electrical systems
Stainless Steel Sanitary and Aluminum Welding experience
Experience in Fabrication Machine Operations: Milling Machine, Press Brake Operation, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) & Metal Fabrication Equipment
