As a team coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating the coordination of care team schedules, managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies, and supervising staff productivity. • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Associate degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting. Scheduling and office manager experience preferred.

• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs.
