Hospo HR is recruiting an experienced chef to help lead the kitchen at an establishment in Browns Bay that celebrates craft beer,
As a key senior leader in the team, you will drive the success and profitability of the business supporting the General Manager & Head Chef.
WAGE: $$35/hour
Earn up to $91,000 working 45-50 hours
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
1. 2 years experience as Sous Chef or CDP
2. Experience managing Food Control Plans & Cleaning Rosters
3. Comfortable working 8-10 hours
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
