Hospoworld Resourcing Looking for Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time

Our clients are always on the hunt for experienced Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers to help run their busy venues and lead successful teams. We are predominately looking for Christchurch Managers but as Hospoworld covers all of New Zealand please also apply if you are open to relocating.

These are full-time roles and weekend work and some nights are required. Budding Venue Managers are also welcome to apply.

Successful Candidates Will

• Be engaging with customers and staff
• Have experience in meeting goals and targets/KPIs
• Enjoy a team environment
• Be success-driven
• Be hardworking, organised and proud of the work they deliver
• Be able to motivate and drive a team
• Have hospitality experience and 2-3 years at a senior or Duty Manager level
• LCQ and Managers Cert a bonus – will hire someone who doesn’t have it as long as you’re willing to obtain it at the employee’s expense
