Payroll Operations Assistant

Join our Payroll Operations team to manage the payroll file upload process and assist with payroll client service and payroll tax needs. Utilize your computer skills, attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines to assist overall operations. Experience with payroll not necessary, yet knowledge of the payroll process is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Upload and review client payroll files on a daily basis
• Follow and maintain specific instructions for upload processes
• Coordinate with internal teams on any data discrepancies
• Assist with seasonal department needs such as quarterly tax filings

Requirements

To be a successful team member you should have strong attention to detail, ability to navigate multiple computer systems and work with strict deadlines.

• 1-3 years of business experience (accounting, finance, etc.), payroll related experience preferred
• Proven success with tasks requiring high levels of accuracy
• Experience working with various computer software and systems
• Ability to manage high volume, repetitive, daily tasks
• Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to seasonal work demands
• Ability to work independently
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
