Marketing Finance Organization is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join the fast-paced and exciting Americas Marketing Expense Management team. This is for the Marketing Expense Management role and the main responsibility is to manage marketing operating expenses. This role requires the candidate to provide forecasting, month end close, reporting, analysis and financial support pertaining to the supported organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis on OPEX
- Variance analysis for the dollar spent against the flash
- Preparing Accurate financial information allowing Business to plan, forecast and make decisions using the data provided
- Review meetings with the Business to understand the spend on a monthly basis and ensure flash numbers are met
- Partnering with the Business finance team on expected exit numbers to mitigate any risks
- Perform Month end activities like booking accruals, cross transfers, reclassifications
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work on ad-hoc requests sent across by the Business finance team
- Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 4th Year of University completed-typically a technical degree specialization.
