Data Entry for eCommerce Job Summary

Our company is searching for DATA ENTRY staffers to help us with keeping listings up to date. In this position, you will train in our Windham NH distribution center, where we fulfill third-party orders. As a Data Entry for eCommerce staffer, you will enter new and update existing product descriptions in online listings on multiple platforms and in our own purchasing software. Our ideal applicant has data entry experience; however, we will work with all applicants who have a strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position. You also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and the position may requiring sitting or standing for the entire shift.

We are seeking candidates who have great attention to detail. Accuracy is essential. The position requires the ability to precisely follow instructions and work with limited supervision once training is successfully completed. For candidates who would prefer a remote-work position, the data entry for eCommerce staffer may be eligible to work-from-home provided the staffer is highly productive in office, is able to perform the work following the training period accurately and efficiently and makes little to no work errors (high quality work standards).

Data Entry for eCommerce Responsibilities

· Listings items on multiple on-line platforms using provided manufacturers’ product description, pricing, part numbers, and images.

· Populate new websites as assigned with product images, details and prices

· Ensuring that on-line content is accurate, up to date on-line in price and product detail

· Updating costs using QuickBooks, updating sales prices using Excel, maintaining integrity of pricing resources on the network

· Improving and organizing our company websites to optimize ease of use for our customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
