Competencies and responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of electricity meter business in Mexico, experience in electricity meter business channel or customer sales management.

2. Be responsible for the development and sales target achievement of the general agent of electric meters in Mexico.

3. Be responsible for supporting and supervising the sales opportunities of the general agent.

4. Be responsible for the planning of the general agent,and achieve the quantity requirement and sales target for the second generation expansion.

5. Be responsible for arranging the ability training of the sales personnel and technical personnel of the general agent and obtaining the certification of the manufacturer

6. Be responsible for monitoring and management of general agent hoarding, guiding and analyzing market demand, and appropriate hoarding of product models with stable demand.

7. Incentive management of general agent and its subordinate second generation, including formulating incentive policies for general agent and second generation sales staff, year-end accounting performance and issuing incentives.

8. Planning the brand marketing activities of the general agent and its second generation, and timely acceptance.

9. Evaluating the logistics ability of the general agent and guide the general agent to do FOB

10. Be responsible for the general agent’s collection and credit statistics, and ensure that the collection is timely, not overdue and the credit planning is sufficient.
