McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP is a Los Angeles-based plaintiff trial law firm seeking a full-time Clerical Receptionist. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to details, communicates well with clients and visitors, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure visitors have a good first impression and feel welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all telephone calls, screen/direct calls, take messages, and assist callers in a professional and accommodating telephone manner

• Interact with all clients and visitors

• Review electronic calendars for meetings and schedules

• Manage mail correspondence, open, scan, email

• Perform data entry and filing tasks

• Manage inventory of office library books and updates

• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Highly organized, with a structured approach to managing workloads and prioritizing activities

• Prior office experience in a professional work environment required

• High school diploma
