Have you got experience with challenging behaviours? Do you want to make a positive difference to children’s wellbeing and development?

HRP Education is looking for Tutors and 1:1 support!

We need Teachers, Tutors, Mentors, and Teachings Assistants with experience with SEND or social, emotional and mental health issues (SEMH). A lot of these students have a challenging backgrounds and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence. Most referrals are for pupils 11-16 however we may have some cases where this differs.

We are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with students. We will give you the support and freedom to plan and deliver lessons your way.

The location of the sessions will depend on the case itself – This may be at a school, residential home or a public venue like a Library. Each case will also have a set number or hours per week that need to be carried out, and the duration of each case may be anything from a few weeks to several years. The successful applicants will be resilient and have a good sense of humour. If you’re interested please reach out!

You will need:

• Relevant teaching qualifications/experience
• A DBS certificate (this must be on the update service)
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 0-30 per week

Salary: £25.00-£27.50 per hour
