This is a bilingual position and only candidates with FLUENT English will be considered!

Looking for candidates that have experience in any of the following areas: Sales, customer service, marketing, social selling, or legal assistance.

Requirements:

– Experience in sales is a plus (not mandatory)

– Outbound calls experience is a plus

– Call or contact center experience minimum 1 year

– Customer service experience

– Bilingual Spanish – English 80%+

– Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

– Computer skills: Emails, Microsoft Office, etc.

– Self-starter, organization, and attention to detail

– Follow directions and take initiative

– Team player with a positive attitude

– Responsible and reliable
