4iiz is a SaaS company providing client acquisition software to law firms nationwide. The 4iiz Client Success Marketing Analyst will work with existing clients to monitor their marketing initiatives, keep the company focused on customer outcomes and play a central role in directing the future of the product.

What You’ll Do
At 4iiz, client success is the core company strategy. The Client Success Marketing Analyst will understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and client feedback. The information gathered will be turned into proactive feedback for clients and our analytics development team to produce better reporting, this feedback will be shared with the law firm’s owners or managers on regular meetings that you could potentially lead. The CSMA will be involved in all aspects of support, account management, educating customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

• As a Client Success Marketing Analyst, you’ll be supporting approximately 60 accounts marketing and conversion efforts to support revenue growth for our partner law firms

• Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product and marketing process.

• Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.

• Work with clients to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date monthly. This includes auditing current and new marketing efforts, entering in expenses, and confirming accurate attribution.

• Create reports based on individual client and industry data to discuss prior to meetings.

• Give input on innovative ways for clients to reach potential leads and maximize marketing touches.

• Generate a monthly report for industry data, formatted to be distributed to clients and presented on in a meeting format.

Experience

• 2+ years marketing or data entry experience

• Experience working with a team and customers

• Experience working with CRM software

Skills and Qualifications

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Educated to degree level preferred but not essential

• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change

• Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in Infusionsoft or zoho, key sales and training concepts

• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes

• Great team player that lacks excessive ego or concerns about status. They are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self, and define success collectively rather than individually.
