Please find below the job responsibilities of HRBP -Technical:

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Works closely with legal department to ensure smooth running of day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and partners with the legal department as needed.
• Works closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve capability of staff, employee engagement, retention and culture building of respective business unit in line with the overall Culture strategy.
• Shall ensure the culture of the organization is maintained as per culture statement of the organization.
• Execute and plan the staff engagement and culture building activities in collaboration with business unit and guidance of OD
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to line.
• Coordinate with Talent team and line to meet the manpower need of the business unit and Conduct interviews with line management as needed.
• Shall work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure to hire the right talent for the business in line with the Company policy and Talent Strategy
• Shall coordinate with COE’s for support required in HR matters and smooth functioning of the business
• Develop and recommend promotions and transfers of staff and ensure an appropriate level of job rotations, as per C&B and talent strategy
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Shall be initiating the head count plans of the line as per guidelines of COE.
• Identifies training needs for business / line and coordinate with OD team for required training execution.
• Participates in annual performance appraisal meetings with line and suggest COE with appropriate development plans of staff members.
• Coordinate with facility team for arrangements of the new joiner tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $250,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year

• Lahore, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
• Succession planning: 1 year (Preferred)
