Based at our busy Penrose office, we have a 3 month opportunity (this could extend) in our Contact Centre team. Our Customer Care Consultants are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions. You will be responsible for taking calls from our inbound contact centre customers and setting up quality appointments for the sales team to convert.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (these are set working hours).

You will LOVE engaging with people, are passionate about customer service and confident communicating with a diverse range of customers. You want to be the best and will strive every day to achieve this both personally and professionally;
We are looking for a dynamic person with a proven track record in achieving sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be bursting with energy, always eager to jump on the phone and get results. You’ll shine on the phone – dazzling and enticing customers to buy from us! You will have a strong level of attention to detail and accuracy and be an enthusiastic team player, with a working knowledge of CRM systems.
Heat-pump knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential. Experience with Excel and Outlook is required as you will be managing the Sales teams’ diaries and creating reports.
Most importantly, you will know (and believe) the customer is our reason for being!
