We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Reinsurance.

Principal Responsibilities

• The role will report to CFO of HSBC Life Singapore, and will functionally report to Global Head of Reinsurance
• Managing a team of actuarial analysts
• Monitoring RI results across all business units – Life, Health, GI (with GI being run-off)
• Supporting the pricing / product teams with treaty procurement and design
• Ensuring best practices of RI data management across all line of business
• Streamlining, and maintain the reporting process for RI premium and claims provisions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements w.r.t. reinsurance program for the entity
• Addressing queries from reinsurers
