HT People and Talent Looking for Air Conditioning Service Supervisor at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the qualified team of Service Technicians to ensure outstanding service delivery and to continue to build on our clients growth strategies.
They are looking for a person who possesses the following attributes:

First class knowledge of current refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems including associated electrical wiring and control systems

An understanding of good Health and Safety practices

Ability to promote teamwork, motivate staff and build effective customer relationships based on quality service

Skilled in diagnosis and quoting of service repairs

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Intermediate Level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Exceptional organisational skills
-
Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning is essential for this role.
