This is a perfect job for the skilled and experienced Dispatcher who is seeking an opportunity to work in an established and professional organization. The job requires the ability to organize employees for their shifts, assigning them to buses and organizing their workload for each shift. The right candidate will be responsible for making sure drivers are operating safely and efficiently, communicating with drivers and managers, providing feedback on drivers’ performance and communicating information back to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Use visual aids to convey information.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a call center.
• Communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
• Analyze data.
• Field calls from the public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
